MIEL + MEEL


Miel (french for honey, pronounced me-yell) + Meel (afrikaans for flour, pronounced me-eel) connects my past + present. My husband + I recently moved back to South Africa from Nice, France where we continue with the next chapter of our adventure.

MEEL symbolises my past + everything that grounds me. It is the base of my life just as South Africa will always be my foundation.

MIEL symbolises my future, sweet, sticky + usually messy when worked with but hopefully what our adventure in life, love + food will be like.
